Calming Cinnamon Night Powder


1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon


Mix ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Pour the mixture in a clean, dry jar with a few holes punched in the lid. Sprinkle the powder on your skin before dressing, or over your bed sheets just before crawling into bed.

Vanilla Nights Dusting Powder


1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup baking soda
8 drops vanilla essential oil

Mix together the cornstarch and baking soda. Add vanilla oil, one drop at a time into the powders, mixing as you drop. Mix all the ingredients together well, distributing the scent oil. Store in an airtight container until use.

Odor Free Foot and Body Powder


1/2 cup powdered arrowroot
1/2 cup cosmetic clay
2 Tbsp. powdered ginger
20 drops tea tree essential oil

In a large jar, combine the arrowroot, cosmetic clay and ginger. Cover and shake to mix. Add the tea tree or lavender oil and shake again. You may want to sift the powder through a fine mesh strainer to break up any drops of oil. Store in a covered, dark glass jar. Apply as needed to the feet or body. Stored in a cool, dry place, the powder will keep indefinitely.
